Gratifying results in the first round: Two proposals for research clusters will move on to the next round in the competition.
Two draft proposals submitted by the Ruhr-Universität Bochum (RUB) will be expanded into full proposals for excellence clusters following positive expert assessments: “Cyber-Security in the Era of Large-Scale Attackers” and “Ruhr Explores Solvation (Resolv)” jointly with TU Dortmund University. “We are very pleased about our success in the first round of the competition,” says Rector Prof. Dr Axel Schölmerich. “We are very confident about moving into the next phase of the Excellence Strategy with these two projects.”
