For the Horst Görtz Institute for IT Security of the Head Office and the Cluster of Excellence at the Faculty of Computer Science, we are looking for a Student Assistant in the area of Marketing and PR starting as soon as possible, initially on a part-time basis (8 hrs. or more/week).

Your tasks:
- Support in the management of the websites and social media channels (incl. monitoring and evaluation).
- Editorial support in the creation of scientific text drafts for the various communication channels
- Collaboration in the event management of scientific event and the conceptualisation of subsequent evaluation
- Data management and maintenance
- Administrative tasks
- If necessary, graphical activities (editing: photo, film)
Your profile:
- Field of study: communication or media studies, German studies, philology, social sciences, humanities or comparable field of study
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Experience in the editorial field is an advantage
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Typo 3) advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) advantageous
- Ability to work in a team and independent, committed way of working
